We recognize this hazard and we will take every step necessary to ensure that project overruns do not occur. Proper management and control is necessary to eliminate this hazard. The most common problems are change orders due to project design or a contractor who attempts to increase profits through change orders. We will work to prevent both occurrences by thorough and diligent development of construction designs and tight and conservative overview of contractor's actions.
The WEC Team has the experience and knowledge necessary to prevent project budget overruns due to change orders.

Controlling WEC Costs
We have gained a reputation for performing engineering work at the agreed upon price and we will not execute change orders on our behalf for work that is part of our original scope. We pride ourselves on forthright and fair presentation of our services and we will complete our service without hidden costs.
